Everything went smoothly; there was a minor overnight delay in pick-up but delivery was prompt on a Monday morning with everything in tack. Bill was great to deal with: knowlegable and honest.The carrier he chose was helpful and comuncated well throughout the process. The cost was competitively fair: up about 20% over last year; expected increase. We're happy.
