This was my first time shipping a vehicle. The next time I have to ship a car my first call will be to Bill at Transport Connection! Fair price, great service, and a very good experience. I talked with several other brokers before settling on Transport Connection. Let me tell you that not all 5-star brokers are equal. If I could give a 6th star to Transport Connection, I would. Unlike the others, Bill took his time to walk me through not only the shipping process, but he also educated me about researching and comparing other brokers based on quality and quantity of their work, plus the ethics of properly processing my carrier request. He wasn't afraid of letting me compare him against other brokers because he was confident about what I would find. All of the research sites also state that you shouldn't automatically go with the cheapest broker and they warn you that you get what you pay for in this business. I don't know if I could have gotten this car shipped at a lower cost by some other broker, but from what I researched and what I spent, I feel that I got a very good price for extremely high quality service. Bill at Transport Connection is also very selective on who he lets haul for his customers. His careful screening of shippers and carriers is all part of his quality control approach to his business. He even made sure to show me what kind of customer satisfaction rating my carrier had. He connected me directly with my carrier prior to and during my shipment so I never had to wonder about my car. My car arrived today right on time and just as it left its point of origin. Will I recommend Transport Connection to others that I know? I already have. I am totally satisfied and you will be too! You can trust Transport Connection.
