Bill is such a gem to work with; after the recent death of my mother we decided to ship her car out from Colorado to Portland and his emails reminding us he was there when we were ready to move forward were such a blessing. Also, as a first timer in shipping a car he was so available for my every question and concern; understanding and compassionate. The carrier he used was timely and professional. If I ever need to ship a car again or know someone that does-he is the man for the job!
