Review made Live: 1/11/2015 1:37:00 AM
So I wrote this review and then received a few calls from the owner of the company. I would have not believed their story but when I returned a call and got re-routed to the hackers site things changed. Since I have a few friends in high places I traced the site and IP and found out they were hacked. I got a call back from the hacker site and more of the story came out. Yes, Stateway got hacked and they had a rotten employee that ruined their business. I was really on the fence but when I looked into it, I felt that they deserved something better. They are good people and should be given another chance. They return calls now.

Anna.. I am going to send you an email with some notes from my computer experts along with some other things..

I hate to write this....but they at least tried.

I wrote an extensive review but the site failed and lost it all.So going to make this one short.
1. Never picked up the phone. Even though the they have 20 or so employees, there is no excuse for not picking up the phone. Using they got a new system excuse.... then go back to the old one.
Booked them before Christmas and was promised to get the job done prior to that. They couldn't find any one and then was told that it would be after the Holiday and I could get my car before the New Year. That day came and went. I gave them the ultimatum to have someone by that Friday confirmed. That came and went and even gave them until the weekend. Nothing. Sent them a cancellation email and left a few messages. Monday, received a call from Andy who said they couldn't get anyone for the price they quoted me. So I added a few hundred more to see if anyone could bite. Received confirmation that day.And thought great. Wrong. Another confirmation came in and then questioned it. I called and emailed and a day went by. Then received a call and was told that the car was confirmed but I needed to have it brought or towed to Green Bay. I can't ask this old couple to drive it down. Hung up with Andy and went to work to have it towed. Found out that it was going to be $500 just to tow it. Not cool.
Found a company that would tow it and let them know my story. Since they were a depot for the transport they put me in touch with another owner/operator. They towed the car and I made the deal with the driver to transport the car. Left messages to cancel with Stateway and emailed them. Someone finally called me back. I had to tell her to tell Andy, Diane or whoever was on the email chain that I just fired them. Don't know if she got it.

Basically, did the work myself and now know it's coming.

Although I didn't use them, Ross at Autotransport123 was much better to deal with and answered teh phone every time I called him.!
