Everything was seamless - I called, gave them the pick-up address, the drop off address and a credit card and it was done. They charged $195 on pick up and I paid the balance in cash upon delivery. There was about a two week delay between when I first contacted them for a quote and when the car was actually ready. When I called back to make arrangements, I was told the quote had actually gone down by $50.
