This was the first time we used transport service and we were very impressed with the service provided. Tom was helpful from the beginning and kept in touch while the car was in transit. Our daughter is in UTAH awaiting delivery of her car (her main source of transportation). The car carrier arrived on- time, the driver conducted a thorough check of the car, explained the process and provided us with an estimated delivery date. The carrier driver also kept in touch with our daughter as he neared the destination. The car was delivered safely, unharmed in any-way and a little early. Kudos the Tom and his team and I would not hesitate to call upon Tom at Safe-Direct again.
