As this was my first time ever transporting a car (purchased from a close friend in California, but being picked up in Nevada) across the US, I was somewhat concerned that I might not find a reputable and safe transport company. Nor was I certain where to start. To my amazement, my selection of Safe-Direct Car Shipping via the web as my initial choice turned out to be most encouraging, and even much better than I could have imagined. Dave, who coordinated my transport, was most helpful in sevicing me well. His knowledge helped me breeze through the procedure and confirm pickup and delivery of the car; Dave kept excellent contact and communication with me thorughout the entire process. Even with a small timing issue that arose (due to the transport vehicle having a mechanical problem delaying its pickup), Dave was able to handle the matter most professionally, secure a replacement transport vehicle, and fulfill the original commitment times for pickup and the subsequent delivery.
