We were very pleased with Safe-Direct Car Shipping and our representative Tom Miller who was very informative and reassuring throughout the whole transport process. The car was picked up within a week by E Express Inc. and promptly delivered to our door within 3 days as promised. Tom answered all our questions and made sure that we had all the contact information from insurance to the driver's phone number. He always returned phone calls or emails and kept us up to date on the transport process.
