Hired Passport after 10 days getting screwed around by another major transporter that would not Reliably return my calls. John Scharff was the inside sales/customer service rep and his communication and followup was fast and excellent. Passport picked up almost immediately within the 2-week window, and delivered within the promised 10 days from pickup, on an out-of the way South-to-North route. Excellent communication and online tracking. While no one wants to see damage, Andy Schmidt the driver advised me of it instantly upon delivery, and it is minor- we'll see how the reimbursement goes, but I expect no problems. Andy called well in advance for both pickup and delivery, and knew what he was doing. Both the seller and I were impressed with his competence. Overall very pleased with the service, and would have given 5 stars, but for the minor damage. Would recommend and use again.
