This is the fourth time I have used Direct Express Auto Transport, and I will use them again! My job takes me to different cities, each for about 6 months at a time, and I wanted to have my own car with me as I have dogs and didnt' want them messing up a rental car. The first time I used them, I didn't know anything about the process. I had LOTs of questions; and they had LOTs of answers! They were very patient and explained everything to me. A couple of times I had questions while the car was being transported; they were willing and able to help. I never worried about the car while it was being transported. The drivers were professional and careful with the vehicles- loading the truck and tightening the vehicle down. They instilled confidence in me. And they were willing to come to wherever I was- in most places they couldn't get their truck all the way to my car, so they parked nearby and walked over! Then drove the car back to their truck. The car always arrived just as I had given it to them- they called ahead to say they were coming and then delivered it. It was really hassel free. And about the same price as gas and lodging and wear and tear on the car would have been if I had driven. And a whole lot easier! I recommend them- Direct Express Auto Transport- without reservation.
