When I googled car carriers and "get 10 quotes in 30 seconds" - it was "who can I trust". The quotes were all over the board - from 470 - 825. A couple of those quotes included this website "transportreviews.com". I didn't think much of it at the time - but this site became my deciding factor. I checked a couple of the quoted companies and the lowest bid I got was all negative comments - boy am I glad I didn't use price as my deciding factor. I chose a company that had GREAT reviews. DIRECT EXPRESS was that company. When I called, I spoke with Edith who answered all my questions, gave me a quote right then and there and it was in the middle of all the quotes I got. I felt comfortable talking to her. It seemed like it was actually run like a business. I had some work done on my son's car and called and said the car is available and the day after it was available I received an e-mail that the car was assigned a delivery trucking company. The driver arrived on time and worked with my son's schedule since he was in the Navy and in classes from 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Thank you Direct Express for easing my mind and having a great experience in this delivery. Now I can fly down and see my son and he can pick me up at the airport - car arrived last week - I'm leaving tomorrow!!!
