Company does not disclose that they allow a 7 day pick up window. When they finally disclose that info they misrepresented the date the order was placed. After waiting 9 days for a pick up we gave up and paid another carrier an extra $50 to pick up the vehicle.

These folks are rude when you call and point out their dishonesty and dont seem to car for the customer at all.

Very disappointing.

Our outstanding record speaks for itself. Mr. Summer did not set up his order, the car dealership did. The dealership made themselves the point of contact for email confirmations, etc., not Nate Summer, who did not even pay the deposit. And they understood clearly the typical 1-7 day window, which should have been explained by them. Even our homepage explains it. We wish Mr. Summer lots of luck in all his future interactions.
