This was the easiest transaction ever. My son needed a car and I had an extra one in our garage. I went on line on a Sunday afternoon, entered all the info and received a confirmation email on Monday a.m. The driver called Tuesday a.m., picked up my car that afternoon and my son had the vehicle 4 days later. What a wonderful and easy service.
