This is my experience with pick up and delivery of my Auto from a dealer in Texas. I called Direct Express Auto Transport after getting quotes from several other transport companies. And they gave me the best price for the assignment. Their price was $600.00 much lower than the other companies that I called for quotes. I agreed on the price paid the deposit and waited for the email that told me when the car would be picked up.I was contacted by the carrier and he told me the day it was going to be picked up he also contacted the dealer where the car was and advised him of the pick up date. the car was picked up on that day.The drivers had a very bad experience when delivering the car to my home. They had to drive thru high winds, severe rain and a tornado. and even with all these problems the car arrived on time at my front door.The two drivers were very polite and courteous they had me inspect the car to make sure my inspection matched the same inspection that the dealer signed off on. I will definitely and absolutely use Direct Express Auto Transport in the future.
