My car was available for pick up on Sunday, but actually I was expecting it to be picked up around next Thursday. I was contacted by Direct Express Auto for a potential pick up on Monday, but it was a short notice so I didn't have time to send my car. But they quickly rescheduled another pickup on Thursday which worked very well for me. My car was picked up by Safeway auto transport. The driver was very courteous and knowledgable. They delivered the car in 7 days, which was exactly what they estimated. It was a very good experience overall and I recommend their services.
