First of all, I am one of the most untrusting person there is. I don't believe half the things I read or hear; but I must be perfectly honest about the customer service I received with Direct Express Auto Transport. In one word it was 'Outstanding'. All the reviews submitted, the crediting rating of A+ with the BBB is absolutely true. I couldn't believe how quick and easy this process was; from the time I called in to make arrangements for the pick to the time the vehicle was delivered, I received the best service. The process began on a Saturday morning, the pick-up was Monday around 1pm central time (Texas) and the delivery was Thursday 7pm pacific time (California) which is what the driver promised unless he ran into bad weather. I was able to keep in contact with the driver the entire time; which was good because I was able to give him the weather report (thunderstorms hit Arizona during his journey). He was courteous and assuring. He made me feel comfortable in him and the company I used. I would recommend Direct Express Auto Transport to anyone that needs a trustworthy and reliable company to transport a 'Vintage' car to a 'Used' car . Oh, and did I mention their price was lower than the first company I researched. I give Direct Express Auto Transport a A++.
