Customer service rep was very helpful. Pickup was booked the same day as setup. Driver kept me informed of there arrival time and arrived exactly when they said. I had even changed the delivery location and that was no problem. My vintage station wagon arrvied in the same condition as when picked up. I would definitely use Direct Express Auto Transport again.
