My pickup was "guaranteed". I explained that the seller had a high profile job, and that he would ONLY be available in a certain timeframe. Neither of us STILL haven't heard anything. So, based on the response to my review, it seems as if this company is downplaying my concerns. I have INTEGRITY that impeccable, and my INTEGRITY will NOT be compromised based on a company that is basically calling me a LIAR.I was "GAURANTEED" 1-7 day pickup. This is the 10th day; My deposit was withdrawn from my account; yet STILL NO NOTIFICATION OF PICKUP!!! Thanks Direct Express Auto Transport.

We canceled Kristhans order last week when it became clear that he was intentionally misrepresenting communications, including order confirmations. There are a percentage of people out there that do that sort of thing. We wish Mr. Mouton luck in all his future endeavors.
