Working with Direct Express was a very pleasant experience. After a car accident out of state and having to work with insurance issues, I was glad to find a company that was pleasant and convenient to use. Being out of state I would have had to fly or rent a car to be able to pick up my car and that would have added a bigger expense to the already expensive repair costs. Searching the internet I found Direct Express Auto Transport and liked the convenience of getting an actual quote online. At first I did not believe it would be accurate and that there would be fine print to the amount. To my surprise a friendly attendant confirmed the quote I had received was correct. I did something I had never done before; I accepted and paid the deposit without comparing to other companies, that's how confident and secure she made me feel. The whole process was quick and I was informed at every step. The company they used to transport the car was excellent as well. Boats Away Marine Transport was excellent. They were always there when I called and the delivery person even assists me with jump starting the car even after he had already left the house and helped me with contacting the mechanic so that they understood what was happening.
I will recommend Direct Express Auto Transport to anyone that finds themselves in this situation.
