Direct Express was excellent. I like the transparency of knowing their fee ($150) and that the rest goes to the driver, including any extra amount I choose to offer to speed things up. I chose to add $125 to the original quote of $725 to speed things up. The easy cancellation policy with full refund is also very reassuring, although I did not have to use it.
