The service is very prompt and quick, which I appreciated very much. My car arrived in Ohio from California within a week after being picked up. However, for being extremely responsive and attentive, the company arranged a driver to my car within hours after I have called them. I was expecting a 24 hour notice before the car was picked up, not an immediate call indicating the car was to be picked up at the very moment. But, the driver was very kind and understanding, and was more than happy to accommodate any requests I had to ensure my car was transported safely. For the price of shipment, how quickly the car was shipped, and the customer service, I would be more than happy to use this company again. My car arrived in great condition.
