Overall service was actually very good. Asking someone you don't know to pick up a vehicle you just purchased several states away and deliver it to you unharmed stretches the limits of trust, but everyone we dealt with was helpful and pleasant. I was a little disappointed with not getting door to door service as requested but narrow streets and low hanging trees made that impractical. I would not hesitate to use this servie again.
