In addition, their customer service was quick to answer all of my questions and provided me with a very reasonable price quote ($750.00 from Arizona to Florida). There were no hidden or additional costs, and their quote included all taxes. Their representatives were very friendly and understood the concerns that many people have when transporting a vehicle. When I informed their agent that I was in a rush to ship my car, they were quick to accommodate me at no extra cost. My car was picked up 3 days after my request was made. They followed up with me by calling me several times before and during the transport to make sure that I was aware of their progress and location of their truck. The truck driver called me several times keeping me up-to-date on when my car would be arriving. He was very friendly, professional and thorough. He offered me a timeframe that worked with my schedule when the vehicle was ready to be delivered. My car was delivered on time and was in excellent condition. All in all, I had a great experience with this company. I will use them again and will highly recommend them to my friends and family members.
