So the business is pretty simple: Pay to get your car transported from one place to another place. I paid. My car never got picked up.

Me: Can you tell me when my car is going to be picked up?

Them: No, we are a broker so whenever a driver is free then your car will be picked up.

Me: Can I get a timeline

Them: No, 90% of are orders are picked up.

So I guess I'm the 10% that don't have their cars picked up. God what a crappy company.

I went with them because of all the positive reviews here- PLEASE know that one they PAY people for positive reviews and 2. They are a sponsor of the site.

Go somewhere else, I wish I had

This is one of the strangest reviews we have ever received. Phil Han of Han Motorsports booked his order himself on our web site, which advises every customer to allow typically one to several days to arrange the pickup. Everybody seems to get that except for Mr. Han, who made his available for only three days before canceling and writing this negative review. Ridiculous? You bet.
