Transport Never Took Place; Poor Customer Service

Submitted deposit on Dec 29 and STILL (over a month later) have never received a follow up phone call from this company or a pickup date. We have called them several times and have been told twice that a supervisor named Brittany would apply some of our deposit towards the driver's fee to expedite the transfer. Both times I've had to call them to follow up to find out that the transfer of funds never took place.

I selected this company based on the reviews on this website as well as the friendliness of the Customer Service agents who turned out to be very ineffective and non-responsive. I would never use or recommend this company again.

Our outstanding record speaks for itself, but sometimes a customer is in a destination that drivers either are not going to very often, or they simply do not recognize the location, in this case Fern Creek, Kentucky, an otherwise beautiful place. As well, Janet neglects to mention that there were periods of time when she said she was not available and to suspend our efforts. Regardless, we are sorry that Janet did not have the typical great experience with our company and of course has already received her full refund. We wish Janet every possible success in all her future endeavors.
