I was so happy with the personalized service....every time I called with a question, they knew exactly who I was. They picked up the car on Friday and it arrived on Wednesday! It only took 5 days from coast to coast. My car was in very good condition. The driver was very friendly. I would definitely use Direct Express again and have already recommended it to friends. My cousin used a different company and it cost her $500 and took 18 days. Needless to say, she will be using Direct Express next time!
