Direct Express provided excellent service. My 69 Buick was picked up two days after Direct Express contracted with a trucking firm and it reached me within four days of pick-up. This was extraordinarily fast delivery from the San Francisco area to Mobile, Alabama. John, the driver from Richer Trucking, was exceptional in his communication, helpfulness and care in unloading my vehicle. He even offered to help when I had a minor mechanical issue after unloading, despite the fact that he had been driving since early that morning and still had one other delivery to make. In all, this was a fantastic experience, and I would not hesitate to recommend Direct Express to anyone considering a long distance vehicle move.
I didn''t have that much contact with the Direct Express customer service people (didn''t need to as everything went so smoothly). However, one thing that impressed me with my initial contact was that the customer service person was professional, helpful and did not use any high pressure tactics.
