I orginally set up the transport of this car to Denver for the Monday before Thanksgiving. I wanted to make sure the car arrived in Denver by 12/1/09. I contacted customer service to review my arrival date. They suggested moving up the dispatch date to the week prior (11/19) to assure timely pick up. I received dispatch confimration on Friday 11/20 for the car to be picked up on Saturday 11/21 at 5:00pm. The driver (Ivan) showed up at 4:45pm. He loaded the car and gave me an arrival date and time of Monday 11/23/09 at 6:00 pm. The car was delivered to the destination point on 11/23 at 5:00 pm. Ivan contacted the the person at the point of delivery and everything went smoothly. The car was delivered to Denver CO early. The pick up and drop off were seamless. The customer service team was extremely helpful. The car was is great condition when it arrived (no damage). The driver was very curtious and punctual to his date and time commitments. The price was very reasonable. What more could anyone ask for when transporting a car a long distance. It only took 2 days from pick up to delivery. The total expericence was flawless. I will be using Direct Express Auto Transport again. I will also highly recommend this company.
