Hello, I would have to say that my experience with Direct Express was great and the price was perfect for my budget. As everyone does out there, you shop around for the best price around. Direct Express the right choise for me. The order was quik and painless and the girl or the lady at the other end did a great job of getting the delivery of my truck to Ca. prossed and then you have to play the waitng game for something you purchased over the internet.
Express soon sent me an Email with the trucking company who would be assigned to my truck, which was LT Auto. Now I'm going to tell you about LT.Auto. I understand that people have other delivers before mine which is cool with me, I dont mind standing in line like a good boy. I think there might of been a bit of a miscommunication or me just being stupid. There was a delay in the pick up day, once again this could just me with "Ant in my pants" red ant too! to get my truck home. After all said and done the truck was picked up and it made it's way to Cali. 5 days later "Bam" it's on some lot in Burbank which is a half an hour from Long Beach. A couple phone calls to right guy and there she is, my black mistress 4X4 on the back of a flatbed. It was love at first site for me and I'm sure she felt the same about me! I'm kidding of course. yeah the truck came a bit dirty, that what you get for an open truck,nothing a car wash cant fix
My overall rating on this experiance was between fine and grrrrrrrrrrrrrrreat! like Toni says. Would I use them again? ..... I'm thinking.......still thinking......yes I would, I'll say it again Yes! There you have it.would that being said, I bid you all a ferwell my friends till we read again. Thank you Direct Express.
