The pick up was done very promptly in Illinois and arived in San Antonio in just a few short days. I had a contact person the entire time and he contacted me to let me know what day and time the vehicle would arrive. My car did arrive when the driver said it would and was in great condition even after coming through a Chicago winter. Overall I would definitely use Direct Express Auto Transport again.
