After reading pages of reviews and getting 12 different estimates I called several companies that gave me prices, some just put me on hold , 1 just hung up, and the Direct Express representative Jenny ,just seemed so friendly and helpfull. I was new to this and had no idea there were so many companies out there. Direct Express let me know a driver would call me a couple of days befoe the move. I only gave them 5 days notice, Johnnie the driver called and said he would be at my house between 9am and noon on the day I wanted the truck picked up, at 9am he was at the front of my house ! I had to move my son's new Toyota FJ Cruiser out to ASU. My son has added a front Bull Bar with Lights and also a rear bar plus the FJ is very high with a huge rack on top ,Johnnie looked at the FJ and said it might not fit on the truck. He said lets try, and it fit with 1/4" to spare! He didn't even ask to charge us anymore than what was quoted. The FJ was delivered to AZ in 5 days one day earlier than promissed! Johnnie kept in touch with my son and we had his cell phone #. It was the best move ever and I will use Direct Express to bring home the FJ this summer!!!!!!By the way they were also the least expensive quote I got.
