I wish I would have gone somewhere else. I would avoid this company. They simply outsourced to another carrier who delivered my vehicle caked in mud and dirt. When I washed it the next day, I found multiple paint chips on the hood and a 9" scratch on the passenger door which the dealership wants to charge me $1,800 to fix. This scratch definitely occurred during transit as this was a Certified Car and the driver noted 2 tiny dealer repair blemishes upon pickup but nothing about the paint chips or the 9" scratch. Company has been completely uncooperative.

We are sorry that customer William Squiric is dissatisfied with the service. Every vehicle traveling open transport from Akron to Plano in March arrives dirty. We spoke to the carrier and they said the customer did not note any damage upon delivery. As well, the carrier reports, "There are scratches noted on the BOL that were on the car on the passenger side doors at the time of pickup." The customer did not personally inspect the three year old vehicle before purchasing it, so it is very possible the dealership hid the imperfection.
