Worst service when compared to all the transport companies

Oh my god. Where do I start? I was told that the car will be picked up in 1 - 7 window considering the holidays time. I signed up for the service on 26th Dec. So I waited until January 7th without bothering them. Oh god from then on, they never call me. I am the one who calls them up all the time. every freakin day. With the same cold responses that the previous client mentioned. All their responses are B.S. Dont believe them. Its January 15th today, and they still haven't even found a driver yet. Can you believe that? I bought into the whole delay in holidays b.s. I shouldn't have. In reality, they didn't even work on my car's shipment. They tried to give me lame excuses for failing to ship my car. I finally gave up and I cancelled my order. I called up Angels just right now, and they fixed me up with a driver already in a few hours, and they are picking it up in two or three days. Two days when compared to 18 days. hahahah. Think about that. I would rare this Directs service the worst in the industry and I am hoping no one signs up for this service.

Our outstanding record speaks for itself. Customer Ven of California wanted to ship his BMW to Pennsylvania starting on the 29th of December. Most drivers did not get back on the road until after Monday January 5th.. Had Ven been more patient, his BMW would have shipped for far less than what he paid the other fellow. We wish Mr. Ven lots of luck in all his future endeavors.
