Crooks

Direct Express hooked me up with one of their carriers GSM (All Ways LLC). The carrier picked my car up on January 2nd 2009. They told me my car should get to it's destination in Texas with 7 days. That 7 day mark passed and I started calling Direct Express to find out where my car was, when it would arrive. They made multiple attempts to reach their carrier GMS who did not return their calls. It was up to me to call the carrier. Andy at GSM told me my car was still in NY due to mechanical problems. Long story short is that they delivered my car 12 days later on the 14th of January. To my disappointment my car was delivered with a broken clutch and a loose e-brake. GSM lied and said that the car was inoperable when it was picked up and will not take responsibility. Since when is it ok to damage a car to the point that it is inoperable, much less a car that someone waited for for 12 days. Dear Direct Express and GSM, I plan to report you to the Federal Motor Carrier Administration, the CA attorney general and the BBB.

Customer Madeline of Texas has reacted hysterically to a relatively minor situation, giving us no opportunity to investigate her allegation. In conversation with Madeline, she admits that her review is not aimed at us, but rather the GSM driver (we are awaiting his explanation as this just happened yesterday). We asked Madeline how she can call a company crooks while at the same time asking their cooperation? She claims that she did not call us crooks, but there it is for all to see. We consider Madeline poor choice of words slanderous, false and totally unfair. Most people allow other people a chance to investigate and make things right.
