I received a quote to transport my 2007 Corvette online from this company and placed my order with them 12/01.08. Mentioned in my order that I would be ready to have my car picked up 12/17/08. A couple of days after not hearing anything from the company, I called and was told that they had 7 business days to find me a carrier. I called after this 7-day period was over, and was told that they are still looking. I was told they were still looking several times throughout my experience with them. Never received a call from them, I always had to call them myself. I finally started getting antsy after not hearing anything back from them after New Year's and called again. I was then told that the price had jumped up on their transport costs and I would have to increase my bid to $825 to get someone to pick up my car - which I did. I called a couple of hours later to see if they had found someone after being informed that I was now in a hurry to find a carrier as I was leaving town in just a few days. They seemed mostly careless and cold the entire time, and after giving me a very vague picture of what "might" happen, I asked for a refund of my money. Over a month later, I still have not received promised refund. It is clear that this company is being run by a impractical system that begs the question of how it may work for those lucky few.

Customer Paul tried shipping his low clearance Chevy Corvette over the Christmas and New Years Holidays. All shipments from the state of Washington to Texas slowed to a virtual crawl from Paul December 18th first available ship date to January 2nd when he abruptly cancelled. Most other customers understand the holiday slowdown, but evidently not Paul. Paul deposit has been returned in its entirety (as we always do for cancellations). Paul falsely asserts that it has been over a month since he cancelled his order when in fact it has been only 13 days. People who grossly embellish lose credibility, as Paul should here. We wish Mr. Paul of Washington better luck in his future endeavors in Texas.
