I was shopping around to transport my brand new vehicle from a dealership to me. I got recommendations from the a couple of places the dealer recommended and inquired to those companies. Direct Express Auto Transport had the best price for enclosed transport and when I had questions during and after the transport I was able to talk to a live person each time in about a minute. No long hold and no outsourced customer service. Win for price, Win for customer service, and Win for keeping jobs here! The transport took a few days to get assigned but I was not in a hurry so it was not an issue for me. When it was assigned it got to me within 2 days, really overnight once they picked it up! I was completely satisfied with Direct Express Auto Transport and have would recommend them to anyone.
