I was very satisfied with the service that I received. The staff was professional and friendly. I was very hesitant about shipping my car due to a previous experience with another shipper. I felt reassured after speaking with representative. The driver who transported my car was awesome. I was able to reach him for updates. He always returned my calls immediately. I also was able to meet him at a location that was an hour closer to my home. He was right on time and had my car off the transporter and running with the AC on so that I was comfortable for the drive home. He was very professional and nice too. I will definitely use Direct Express Auto Transport when I need to ship my car.
