Just didn't get it booked

I don't think this is a bad company at all. I just think they had a hard time booking my vehicle. They were the 2nd company I used because the first company lied to me. When I came to Direct Express, I did so because of their excellent ratings and testimonials. I was with them for approx 15 days and my car never got picked up even after I added $50 for the driver. I had to go with another company unfortunately and that company got my car picked up literally within hours of me cancelling my order with Direct Express. Again, I don't think this is a bad company. They were very friendly when I called and were even empathic with me and my situation. I really wish they could have got my car moved because I would have liked to have worked with them because of their customer service alone. I just couldn't wait any longer. I have another car to ship and although I don't think I'll use Direct Express, I do think they may be a good company. I just must be part of that low % that they were unable to move.

Mr. Thomas of Colorado is a gentleman. The harsh winter storms blowing from the West and moving to the Rocky Mountain States caused a delay. His understanding is appreciated, as is the thoughtful way that he expresses himself. We wish Mr. Thomas well.
