still have not picked up car

Its been ten days since the order was placed, and the company has still not assigned a driver. They keep telling me a driver will come at sompe oint, but I doubt it will ever happen. I am very frustrated. I have called other companies, and none of them can give me an exact date of pick up. I have learned that this industry is full of scams. I am still waiting for this company to pick up the car, and trying to find other companies that will pick it up. Any ideas welcome

Unfortunately Kelly of Colorado bought her car from a dealership in northern Michigan where temperatures hovered around zero for weeks. Is it any wonder that an auto transporter worried about freezing his hydraulic lines would avoid northern Michigan? Of course not. And that's why no other company could say when they could ship from those parts either. We understand that Kelly was excited to get her new car, but we hope the next time she buys a car that she chooses a warm weather state in January. We wish Kelly well.
