After several contacts and 26 days of waiting I cancelled and found a driver in one day at a slightly lower rate.

Our outstanding reputation including A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau speaks for itself. We are sorry that customer Fred Reams is dissatisfied with the service, but he did not enjoy success until he finally followed our advice (given upfront) and moved his origination out of the mountainous terrain of Rio Verde and to Phoenix. We wish Mr. Reams lots of luck in all his future endeavors.
