We had a very positive experience shipping a family car from Texas to our home in MA with Direct Express Auto Transport. Each person I spoke with was very helpful and friendly and straightforward with the facts about shipping. We felt that the cost just over $600 was a great economical deal considering that we would have paid nearly if not that much in airfare to fly to Texas and then in gasoline to drive the car back to MA, not to mention the added mileage on the car. The men who delivered the car were very nice and flexible in finding a place to meet close to my home to unload the car. The only improvement in the service would have been if the delivery folks could have called the day before to let me know their tentative plans for both pick-up and delivery times, rather than less than 2 hours before they arrived. However, it all worked out well and the car was in fabulous shape upon arrival! Just a little bit of filmy dirt from the open carrier, but it washed off easily!
