I had never used a shipper in the past and was very nervous! The people at Dirict Express were very helpful on the phone and through email and made me feel at ease. Once the vehicle was scheduled for pick up I had contact with the shipper and he was also very informative and further made me feel comfortable. I received calls from the shipper as to the ETA and he was right on time! For all my shipping needs in the future I will definately contact Direct Express! Great service at a fair price. Wayne
While I was offered some rebate for submitting a review I would have done so even if it was negative...this company did a good job and I am proud to say so.
