Failure to pick up vehicle

The agent on the phone never mentioned that it might be weeks before the vehicle was even picked up. The confirmation that is sent later states that they cannot gtd. a pick-up date, but after 15 days we cancelled the service. There was never any contact from the company to provide an update. You get the same response when you call to inquire about the status: "Our dispatcher is working to find a driver." The same response verbatim regardless of who answers the phone.

Our outstanding reputation including A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau speaks for itself. We are sorry that attorney B. Todd Thompson is dissatisfied with the service but he was advised in writing in the Order Confirmation within seconds of placing his order (which is not later) that we cannot guarantee ship dates. Most attorneys such as Mr. Thompson read order confirmations. We also make it clear on our web site and documented having done so verbally. There simply were not enough cars leaving that area of Kentucky at that time and heading to the California desert, which we made abundantly clear. We wish Todd Thompson lots of luck with all his future endeavors.
