Rude representative

The representative was not friendly at all. Actaully, I should say rude. The first driver called me only 10 minute right before he would come to pick up the car in DC area, which was not possible at all. Then we reschedule a time for that. However, that driver just disappear for ever. When I contacted the representative for the no show-up driver issue, he argued with me and blamed me for not able to be available at any minute for pick up. Although we struggle for 2 days to be assigned a second driver for pick up, but overall, I had very bad experience with the customer representative.

Our outstanding reputation including A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau speaks for itself. We are sorry that customer Jinjin Zhang is dissatisfied with the service and we will speak to the driver about common courtesy. On a positive note, hiccups aside, we did deliver from Rockville, Maryland to Ames, Iowa very fast. We wish Mr. Zhang lots of success in all his future endeavors.
