Notified them 11/15 of our shipment - paid the fee 11/18. They could never book the transport. Called McNutt Auto Transport on 12/5, and within TWO HOURS had a truck scheduled, and it was just picked up today. I cancelled my pickup with Direct Express -

This delay cost me several hundred dollars to make our customer happy with his purchase.. I will never give them another chance - my concerns got answered via email with a "canned" response of "Thanks for inquiring. Currently, we are still trying to coordinate a carrier to transport your vehicle. Generally, over 90% of the time, pick up happens with in the first week you make your vehicle available. Once we have a driver arranged, we will email you with their company details, and they will call to schedule the pickup time. Let us know if you have any questions."

McNutt has been STELLAR, and will the only company we call in the future!

Our outstanding reputation including A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau speaks for itself. The issue was not Cedarburg, Wisconsin where customer Scott Volkert of Newman Chevrolet is located, but rather, the destination of Chico, California about 100 miles north of Sacramento. It takes longer to amalgamate a full load on that run, unless you do what Mr. Volkert did and pay $256 more to another broker (he did not disclose the extra money), which anybody can do that. We wish Scott Volkert well in all his future endeavors and encourage him to compare apples to apples.
