I made arrangements with Direct Express Auto to have our vehicle shipped (our only family car) when we moved across the country. On the 6th day, when our car still hadn't been picked up, but we had already moved, I called Direct Express only to be told that there were only 2 cars in our city in SC that were headed our way and there needed to be 8-10 to make it worth a pick up for the driver! So, they couldn't give me a time frame on when our car would even be picked up! We were left carless in a new city and I am now working on making other arrangments to ship our car. Don't use this company unless you live in a big city (Charleston, SC wasn't big enough).

Our outstanding reputation including A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau speaks for itself. Customer Elizabeth Davis was understandably frustrated to learn that there were only two vehicles trying to ship from beautiful Charleston, South Carolina to Reno, Nevada (near Tahoe). It takes 8-10 to make the trip. We wish Ms. Davis lots of luck in all her future endeavors.
