After going through a horrible experience with another company, we were so relieved by the excellent and quick service provided by Direct Express. Within 5 days of filling out the online form, my car was in our driveway. The driver was very professional and honest, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I will never hire another car moving company; I will also never recommend another car moving company. Please beware of other companies who give you a cheap rate, you'll end up without your vehicle and on the phone several times a week trying to get your money back. You'll also need to call Direct Express to fix the other company's mistakes. Trust me, I wish I would have called them first, I would have saved myself a lot of grief.
