After having purchased a vehicle on eBay I contacted several auto transport companies to price delivery from Texas to Virginia. Auto transport direct had the best price by far, so I researched their website in detail. The website was very informative and easy to use. It gave a very good picture of the company, so I contracted them for the job. My transaction was processed quickly over the phone and deposit was made. I received a confirmaton email within minutes of making the deposit containing my order number and an outline of how the transport process would go. I contacted the seller telling him to expect a call from the truckers to arrange pick up. He emailed me later that day to tell me they had called him already and together they set up a pick up time. The car was picked up as promissed on a Wednesday. I was surprised to receive a call at 9:30 Saturday morning from the truckers asking if I could receive the car that morning! We set up a delivery location within a mile of my house that had a large parking lot where we could unload the car and the trucker could also make a safe u-turn to exit. The truckers were on time as promissed and the car was already unloaded when I arrived. There was no damage to the vehicle from the shipment, and the driver gave me the detailed vehicle inspection paperwork to review and sign. Both truck drivers were very polite and professional. I am very pleased with my experience with auto transport direct and would recommend them to friends and will certainly call them again if I have a car to ship.
