Anyone who rated this company 5 stars was probably compensated by DAS Pick up Date March 13, 2010 Drop off Date April 12, 2010 Took 30 days to receive. Company only cares that they receive your money. Once your credit card is charged its all down hill from there. I had to call 3 times and send emails in order for the sales rep. [Bernie Torres] to send me my invoice. Bernie Torres stopped contacting me after the invoice was sent. I was told my car would arrive on a certain day and when that day came and went I called and Bernie said "Oh there's bad weather in Texas". Well I checked the weather. I guess they consider 75+ clear skies to be bad weather.Customer service was bad. I believe their training consist of "taking notes". Every time I'd call they'd just say "I'll make a note of it", but nothing was ever done. They would keep lying to me over and over again. I told one lady doesn't the company care about having an "F" with the BBB and she said were working on it. I told her actions speak louder than words. I called a few more times and was told they cant send my car because of bad weather. I told the lady your lying, Ive checked the weather and then she said oh well were having problems getting your vehicle to fit. I called again and was finally told they couldn't get my car to start. I told her that when the car was first picked up, we let then know the situation when turning the key in the ignition. All you had to do was give us a call and we would have assisted you, since you obviously don't read your own notes. Overall it was a horrible experience and I'd never use or recommended this company to anyone.
