I dropped off my 2006 convertible corvette at the DAS Gardenia California location on April 7th, 2010 and was told it would be delivered to Elma New York in 10 to 12 days. The tracking eventually showed the car would be delivered on April 22nd, which would be in 15 days. Then it was changed to April 24th and then to April 26th, which was 21 days to get to its final destination.

The car was filthy (inside and out) and damaged. I have a deep gouge to the left rocker panel and a couple of significant marks to the right rocker panel. The front of the car was scatched and the front cowling damaged. I had a dead battery that had been left in this state long enough that it would no longer accept a charge. I actually had to purchase a new battery before leaving the Elma New York lot. This battery was fine prior to drop off and the car had been started without issue.

I also had 3 miles extra on the odometer, which leads me to believe someone took my car for a test drive. I was not impressed with this to say the least

Now I will say that the DAS employee (Don) in Elma New York was excellent. He readily pointed out the damage he noticed and did not try to hide anything. He was professional and polite throughout my contact with him.

I will be making a damage claim with DAS today and will update this review relating to their perforamnce in this area.
